Emerald beach has some truly fantastic restaurants within 1 minute walk- just at the end of the street. Mexican, Wood Fired Pizzas and Pasta, Ribs, Surf Street Cafe for a magnificent breakfast and coffee, lunch or dinner. Wired coffee shop for great coffee and pastries. There's also a general store with burgers, fish and chips, healthy vego fare and the usual ice creams, sweets, groceries, bread etc. And of course- Emerald Beach Bottle Shop and Wine Store for top up of supplies without the need to drive.

When you hire ULTIMATE BEACH HOUSE EMERALD BEACH you get the entire home to yourself. Ideal for an extended family or number of families to stay together. a complete 5 level, multi million dollar mansion complete with everything you would expect and lots more. High quality linen and bedding, starting stock of consumables, and all catering equipment is supplied included. There are twin garages and two more additional parking spaces in the driveway- suitable for a boat or jet ski, or other cars. Private rear fenced yard for the kids to play. Swimming pool in a sunny location in front of the outdoor entertaining area- looking at the ocean and beach. BBQ and outdoor kitchen are also yours privately. The lower floor has an ultimate games room for your group only and all the games are free to play. There are too many things to list in the way of activities and events around the area for holiday makers, but we provide extensive information, websites, event calendars once you book and before you arrive. The home is located right beside the beaches and headlands of Emerald where you can view kangaroos up close every day. In fact you can also see whales most days from the verandas of the home and master bedroom. There is a laundry with two washing machines and two dryers for your exclusive use, and we provide laundry powder and fabric softener. We do not hire out individual rooms or spaces and no-one lives on site, so you have the whole property to yourself. Guest interaction We can welcome you and show you facilities and then leave you to enjoy the property to yourself or we have self check in arrangements with door code provided. Shopping delivery can be arranged from Woolworths or Coles locally, to coincide with your check in If you have a question or need a hand with something- we are only 5 mins away and always contactable on our mobile phones. The location is equidistant between Sydney and Brisbane, and the weather is ideal all year round. Coffs Harbour has direct flights from Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane daily. Neighbourhood overview Emerald Beach has a real village feel. Small and intimate. A lovely park, Beaches, Walking tracks, restaurants, Bottle Shop, Corner shop. You won’t want to leave. Ride around on the push bikes, have a picnic on the headlands with the kangaroos and whales. Surf, fish, play on the beach. It’s all here and only a couple of minutes to get to Coffs or Woolgoolga, shopping centres etc. Getting around Hire Car, Car, Push Bikes, Walk. Buses also leave from in front of the home. Other things to note: Free Wi-Fi, Netflix & Foxtel.
