Positive: Small hotel/motel that has clean rooms, comfortable bed and therefore suitable for just sleeping in.

Negative: The building itself has a very strange smell, but luckily it is not present in the rooms!

Positive: Very funny place if you are travelling with kids or friends: the bathtub is on the pass to the bedroom which is over the glass door, the toilet with the shower doesn't close and it has glass walls from both sides. But the stuff is very friendly, the room is clean and there are everything you can need. Thank you for the hospitality and tasty cookies! The location is good - we had a wonderful walk to the Taehwa Pavillion and Botanical garden.

Negative: Everybody can see you sleeping and washing.

Positive: The bed was very comfortable. The location was useful. The staff was friendly.

Negative: There were many squished dead mosquitos left on the wall and ceiling. It would have been nice if it could have been cleaned beforehand. The room and a lot of the building had a strong smoke smell. There was no sofa in the room. The noise insulation wasn't great as I could hear what was going on in different rooms. A luggage room to store luggage before check-in would have been nice too. The cleaning by the edge of the bed could have been a bit more thorough.
