Positive: This was late season but the staff still was friendly and engaging and really took good care of us. Going above and beyond on a specific example as well. we were happy. Location is A+++. couldnt be better positioned for town and the lifts and the ski school. excellent breakfast. great pool and spa area.

Negative: The pillows are not good at all. Way too soft, and unlike other hotels that have two types of pillow per person, these were the same pillows so you just had to deal with the softness. better to have one sot and one firm so people have a choice. we had neck ache every day waking up because these pillow were useless. Bring your own from home if you can.

Summary: thoroughly enjoyed it and we would welcome staying here again.
