Summary: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were excellent and well-equipped. I had a very pleasant stay!

Summary: The unit has a good location (next to Sam’s Club in Polanco). They have a good parking lot, but it is on first come first serve basis. Because it is next to a major artery of the Polanco area (Ejército Nacional); most of the day you will have some traffic and noise. But on the same token, it is very well connected. The rooms are as shown in the pictures. Some of the basic amenities should match the time of your stay (ie bottled water or toilet paper). You have the option of requesting clean up services at at additional cost; but it is reasonable for stays over 3 days. I would return on my next trip to Mexico City.

Summary: The location on Ejercito was very convenient, with great restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The area felt safe, walkable, and perfect for exploring the city. The property itself was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay.

Summary: I really enjoyed my stay. The location was super convenient and made it easy to explore the area, with plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby, the room was very clean and fresh, which was especially great with the hot weather in the city lately, everything was comfortable, and overall it just felt like a relaxing and pleasant place to stay. I’d definitely come back.
