Positive: Ms. Watsana was a wonderful host and a kind person. We went to the park, local markets, and restaurants together. Her daughter, who manages the booking, was also very helpful. I rented a bike and the location was perfect (they have bikes you can rent). The apartment was clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. WiFi is fast and the bed is comfortable. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet with friendly neighbours.

Negative: I would like the option to book directly with Udon House, or with another platform, as I don't like using Booking.com for ethical reasons

Positive: No keys to collect as combination lock. Combination emailed at checkin time. Arrive any time. Self catering suits me well. Can park car securely. nice walking area. Close to UD market and Chineese Cultural Centre.
