Positive: Cute little private camp/garden, located conveniently near the train station to Prague. Just a 10 minute walk to the train station - and a 30 minute ride to Praha hl. n. (I think the train leaves every 30 minutes between 04:30 and 23:30 - also on the way back). So its a great spot if you are on a budget - and don `t want to drive into the city - but want to be kind of close. The area around Dobrichovice and Karlsteijn is also quite nice. So - take it for what it is - a Mini camp with a decent train connection to Prague. I parked my car inside and slept in the car - but you can also put up a tent. Its located directly at a road (which was quiet at night) - and a train line with regular trains until around 24:00 - but I didn`t mind.

Negative: I think its a camp in progress - so as I seemed to be the first guest there was no shower yet - but Camp Jez is just a 2 minute walk and you can use their shower for 50 Krones I think. Initial contact was a bit off - I kind of thought the owner lives next door and wondered why nobody showed up to say hello - but then he called, answered all my questions and it turns out he is not living near the garden at all. Worked out great in the end anyways.
