Located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, just 4 km from the city walls of Lucca, CASABEPPE is a charming country house, completely renovated with original materials and equipped with modern comforts.
The structure, a 400 years old Farmhouse, is composed of two completely independent parts : a private family part and the other one destined to the exclusive use of the Guests of the Holiday House with 2 adjacent Apartments CARLO and ILARIA, the big Garden of 10000 sqm and the Private Salt Swimming Pool with Whirpool of 5x14 mt, depth 1,40 mt, in fenced area equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and big pergola.
The 2 Holiday Apartments are also ideal for 2 or 3 Families or groups of Friends who travel together and want to spend their vacations in serenity and relaxation without giving up their Privacy.

Summary: My family and I had a great time. The house was very clean, beautiful and classic Tuscany style but with all the modern amenities that you would need. The property and pool were gorgeous and pictures online don't really do it justice. Lucca is a beautiful town but also very central to visit a lot of other major cities in Tuscany. Marco (our host) was super responsive and helpful in obtaining information about places to visit around. I would definitely come back and I highly recommend this property.

Summary: We booked both units for our family and Casapebbe was perfect for our needs. Marco is an exceptional host, unobtrusive but always available if needed. He certainly enhanced our stay with his care and attention. We needed his help with an unfortunate incident and he gave up a morning of his time to help us get to a police station. The accommodation and pool had all we wanted. Constant hot water, modern bathrooms and a wonderful pool with the bonus of bubbles. Bikes are available for riding to the supermarket or taking the easy path to Lucca. It is hot at the height of summer so most of us chose to journey in our air conditioned hire car. I would highly recommend Casabeppe for an extended family holiday

Summary: I’m not even sure where to begin! Marco is very welcoming and has a kind presence when you first arrive to the property not only are you welcomed warmly but you are surrounded by gorgeous lemon trees and rose bushes. We had a horrible event happen during our trip on our first day our car wouldn’t turn on and we had no food or milk for our baby. Marco was so quick to respond and his sister brought us some milk for the baby and came over to help translate with the car rental company. Marco shared a pizza location to call and order pizzas. He came over the next day to check on us and helped communicate with the car rental which took days to work out but thanks to Marco and his family we were able to enjoy our trip and make the best of the situation. Thankfully the property is goregous and the swimming pool is so nice with the jets and warm water shower by the pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms are updated and comfortable. The home has a good balance of farm house but with modern touches. Very family friendly! Definitely stay here the town is also cute also thought we didn’t get to explore much due to our car situation. Thanks again Marco and liara for everything! Ciao Mary & family.

Summary: Our family of 9 stayed here in March 2023. The home is exactly as advertised and Marco was an amazing host. The location is perfect, as we were looking to take day trips to Pisa and Cinque Terre. The town of Lucca is also a hidden gem in Tuscany. I would highly recommend this place. Summary: We stayed with 8 people for 1 week Easter 2017. Marco is a super friendly host. The appartment is renovated. Bathrooms are new. Very clean!! Big, lots of room for 8 people. I only can recommend it.

Summary: The booking of this stay went very well. Marco answerred always within 24hrs, so we had immediately a good feeling. When we arrived, it was clear we were right. Marco was very kind and helpfull. If we had questions, he was doing everything he could to help us. (extra table, removing roses at swimming pool, ...) We rented the small part. (for 6 persons) It was older then the house for 11 persons, but everything was fine/nice/clean. Also the terrace and garden are very big and beautyfull. There is a nice swimming pool. On the pictures it looked not so big, but in real it was big enough. --> I think around 10m cross-cut. It was also nice that we get fresh vegetables from te garden. It was so nice that we will book next year again at this place. Thanks Marco for the lovely stay!!

Summary: I reserved this property for the month of May 2016 and brought a group of family and friends, 7 in total, including my 4 year old grandson. We rented the large villa in the complex, to accommodate a larger group. The grounds are spectacular, with lots of room for children to run and play, including a soccer field area. There are many private sitting areas on the grounds, by the pool, with lots of accommodation to just sit quietly and read a book. Located in a quiet, less touristy residential area. The villa is authentic to Tuscany architecture, dating back 400 years, but lovingly restored. Marco and his family help run the property and were very responsive to our needs. The train station in Lucca is close by to take you on excursions, there are many day tours offered to take you to on wine tours, day cooking classes etc. We walked or biked the wall in Lucca and my daughter ran in the Lucca marathon, a family trip to remember. Roses and other lush follage, are all over the property. Trip of a lifetime, we will come back. Marco promised to cook us pizza next time. Big thanks to Marco and his kind family.

Summary: We stayed at Beppe 2 for one week in July 2014. We were a group of 5 adults and 2 small children. Everything was wonderful; the beautiful italian style house, the green garden, a beautiful swiming pool and so kind and generous hosts. The house is very well equiped and has a high standard. The bedrooms are cooled with air conditioner. The area is very private and calm. Lucca is a beautiful town with a lot of charming places and markets to visit. It is also not so far from Pisa and Florence. We got a lot of help from Marco (the owner) about nice beaches and caves and a lot more. We loved everything with our stay. The only thing we regret is why we didn't book two weeks! We miss it already. I would highly recommend Beppe houses.
