Summary: We booked the house in January 2023 for our summer holidays in Brittany. The communication with Marie was fine from the beginning. A couple of weeks before our stay Marie sent the keys to our home address, since she lives in Paris and could not be available when we arrived. The Saturday we arrived we found the house in good shape, clean and as described in the advertisement. The house is second row to the street leading to Morgat downtown, therefore quiet and no traffic noise to hear. The beach is in 5 minutes distance. The house has a nice lawn garden and garden furniture. Three sleeping rooms are on the first floor, one is at the ground floor. The kitchen and living room ensemble is quite large and nice to sit at the large kitchen table. Furthermore, there is a light (dining) room to the garden with large glass doors. Beside the "normal" bath room the house comprises an "extra" bath room accessible from the outside, very good when you come from the beach. We enjoyed our stay at Maries house! For the price we paid we would have assumed that linen and towels are included, unfortunately this was not the case. There are only minor things that might be improved, like garlic press and sharp potatoes peelers in the kitchen, the garden would benefit from wooden furniture. Anyway, we liked the time in Morgat very much. The house is a very nice home base for enjoying the sea and discovering the very west part of Brittany.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in July 2021 with incredible summer days with 30 deg C. The house is so close to the Morgat beaches that you can easily go for a morning swim before breakfast. Nice garden and terrace. We loved our stay.
