Summary: Room was clean. Beds comfy. But bathroom was very dated, almost like it never had any work done for 40 years, apart from the modern shower head... vinyl on the walls, 2cm squared tiles on the floor... But apart from that a decent stay. at 150 a night, it was well overpriced.

Summary: Hotel was very clean and the lady on reception was very welcoming when we arrived. The hotel is like a motel-type place. It's very expensive for what it is. But I guess you're paying for the location and peak summer season. It was very quiet at night. You could hear people talking in rooms next door and we thought that might be a problem at night but everyone was quiet at night (most people seemed to be staying for a rest stop on the West Highland Way so they (and us) were early risers). Parking is great - right next to the lodges. The bathroom was very 80s in decor but was clean and smelled nice. There was no hairdryer in the room (which was annoying because I purposely left mine at home because it specifically said hairdryers in the rooms) - you could ask at reception to borrow one but I didn't because that seemed like a faff. So I had to go out with wet hair both mornings.

Summary: Room was large, no frills, and included basic amenities. Having a mini frig was a plus for travelers. Property was clean and generally quiet offering a restful sleep. Staff was friendly and check in quick.

Summary: Perfect place to rest while doing the WHW. Near the trail, restaurants, supermarkets. Very comfortable rooms.

Summary: Great place to stay along our hike on the West Highland Way. Clean comfortable accommodation convenient to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful. We even got our laundry done!

Summary: We had a lovely stay during the West Highland Way. Room was excellent, very clean. Great to have access to a bath on our hike as well. Staff were brilliant, friendly and very helpful
