Summary: Enjoyed our weekend immensely and thought the house fit our needs perfectly. They left us a bottle of wine and some coffee so we felt taken care of from the start. The neighborhood was a little funky but we had no issues and never felt at harm. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: My friends and I stayed for five months between September and January for work. There was plenty of parking for up to five vehicles and we had a relatively quiet stay. The back yard was very nice and the five bedrooms were all well furnished and lovely. The train would stop us every now and then but there were nearby underpasses which helped us navigate the obstacles. We worked all over town and the house was centrally located enough that everything we needed was inside of a fifteen minute drive.

Summary: We came for the Beale Street Music Festival held in basically the parking lot of Liberty Bowl Stadium. It was perfect for our group of 4. We each had our own room and plenty of places to hang out. The backyard is a plus. Quiet neighborhood. We were only 1.5 miles from the venue. We walked one day, but drove the other days. So convenient. The house was clean and the manager was able to answer any questions quickly. We would stay here again.

Summary: Enjoyed the weekend here for the bridal getaway. The home is very spacious and clean. The property manager was super nice and also quick when responding to any questions we had to better our stay. The area was a little sketchy but overall no complaints!
