Set on one-and-a-half acres, this secluded vacation rental boasts sunny and inviting indoor spaces as well as expansive outdoor spaces - ideal for entertaining!
Inside, make your way into the well-equipped, island kitchen with an array of stainless steel appliances and accessories to make meal prep a joy. Dine together or play board games at the adjacent table, and then get a fire going in the fireplace in the main living area and stream your favorite channels. Summary: Brown Bear Cottage is a fantastic stay in the country. It was beautiful weather to take advantage of the outdoor patio and fireplace/pit, so we missed out on all the activities provided in the downstairs level. We all decided we'll just have to come back for more fun!

Summary: Room to expand, our group had plenty of space to rest and play. Does have bar height table which is a little hard for older adults. Pool was a lot of fun, again a little bit of a challenge for older adults to get in and out but was enjoyed by all.

Summary: We had a great family summer vacation. Adults and kids were in the pool every day which was wonderful. The house was great for the family and there were lots of activities in the city to partake in as well. Would go back again if there was more sleeping room. Kind of tight for 6 adults and 3 children.

Summary: The listing is accurate. We loved the large pool and privacy of this home. Kids most enjoyed pool but had fun withpool table and ping pong. Place was clean. Would recommend to others and would definitely stay again.

Summary: The picture of the patio with outdoor fire place and pool was what sold us on this house and we had a great time out there. The WiFi and electronics worked just fine. The problems came when we needed help with a malfunctioning AC unit and kitchen refrigerator. The responses were slow (2 days) and ineffective. The upstairs got up to 80 degrees on some days. There seemed to be a communication breakdown between the call center (in Oregon) and the local property manager.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much! There was plenty to do for all ages. The home was warm and well lit upon arriving late at night. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood seemed safe. My only complaint is that it smells like pets ( which is under standable as it's a pet-friendly location) Bars and a little market all close by. We will be staying here again!
