Very convenient is the proximity to the bus stop of the mini-metro Pincetto (300 meters).
And 'it situated in a very quiet alley. It is located in one of the best preserved areas of the old town.
The apartment is located a few meters from Corso Cavour inhabited by many residents of the city, where you can still feel the real town atmosphere thanks to small shops, craft shops.

Summary: My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia's charming apartment. Its location can't be beat - easy to arrive at via the Minimetro from the main train station and steps away from the Corso Vanucci, with several restaurants and a Pam grocery store nearby. The apt. has everything you need to make your stay feel like home, including a well stocked kitchen and washing machine. Even during the heat wave, the apt remained relatively cool. While it's closer to all the action, it's not noisy at all. Grazie, for a wonderful visit!

Summary: This home is a quiet gem in the hustle and bustle of Perugia. Being on the first floor of an renovated home in the old part of Perugia you have the whole length of the the house for your use. You enter directly into the living/dining area. The small table can be opened up to double the size and the sofa is a comfortable bed at night. From there you can see through the open bookshelf into the kitchen. Dishwasher, 2 burner stove, microwave and oven are all spotless clean. There is a nice set of dishes and pots and pans. Follow the hallway to the modern bathroom with a rainwater shower head. The spacious bedroom is at the end. The window opens to a quiet side street. You can block out the street light with shutters. Return to the living room ans step out into the cute courtyard/patio and enjoy the many flowers and herbs in pots the owner keeps there. It takes about 12 minutes to reach the city center via small pedestrian zone streets and about 145 steps.
