Positive: Beautiful hotel in the Georgian countryside, amongst the vineyards and with its own fishing pond. Amazing views from the terrace out towards the mountains. Kind and helpful owner (Eka) who developed the building 5 years ago from an abandoned ruin. Huge breakfasts in the morning! We used the sauna and pool on a rainy day which was a real treat.

Positive: A stunningly large and beautifully renovated home. There is a beautiful lake, indoor swimming pool, and nice balconies - with wonderful views of the surrounding area. The host is so sweet and attentive – this property is still quite new and truly a hidden gem in these early days. Also just a quick 5-10min drive into Telavi.

Positive: A very big room with a balcony with comfortable seats and an amazing view! The surroundings of the hotel are gorgeous, though totally outside of the city. Nice lobby and delicious breakfast.

Negative: We were disappointed with the lack of card payments, 'broken' Posnet seems like the common thing in Georgia and we were not informed about it at any point (also there is no English spoken). Due to some piping issue the room smelled disgusting at night when the windows were closed. It was truly unbearable and ruined our stay. Also, there were many insects in the room and the cleanliness should certainly be improved, especially the bathroom.

Positive: Of our 2 week stay in Georgia, this was arguably the best place we stayed. Great host, amazing location, great pool, tasty breakfast, very good wine, what's not to like!

Positive: The feel of the place has such a great vibe about it, very chilled. The owner Eka cooks the most amazing food (order in advance), there is also a wine cellar. Their 2 lovely big dogs are so chilled and friendly which added to the holiday.

Positive: The welcome and homey feel of this place is amazing. The owner, Eka, is a perfect host and a wonderful cook, as well as a genuinely very nice person, which is also reflected in the attitude and helpfulness of her children, Ani and Niko, who also help her.
