Welcome to The Palms #3 just steps away from beautiful Holmes Beach. Also just steps away are shops, a grocery store and trolley stops. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath updated condo has a heated pool and everything you need for a day at the beach. There is a Queen in the master with a TV and an ensuite bath and a Queen in the second bedroom with TV. Both Queen beds have an electric control to adjust their positions. Amenities also include a Heated Pool, Washer/Dryer, Cable TV, DVD, High Speed Internet, AC and a Weber Gas Grill. This private four unit villa condo complex is just steps to the beach and has a fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a cozy living area in beautiful island decor. Sleeps four people.
Parking is limited to two vehicles.
The Palms is a one week minimum rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and layout of the properties were excellent. The pool and grill area were more than adequate. The Palms 3 were missing the correct beaters for the mixer so used the blender. Kitchen could use a few more items. Furniture needs an update as worn. Beds and linens were great as well as showers and rest rooms. Overall, good stay.

Summary: Furnishings were great and clean, smoker parking, pool was nicely heated, just a block and a half to beach, beautiful sunsets. Maintenance was quick to respond to Wi-Fi issue.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I cannot say enough about our stay! We were contacted ahead of or arrival and told the door key code and everything was good to stay. The condo is walking distance to the beach and within walking distance to several stores. another plus, we fly in so having all the beach supplies was wonderful! We did not have to worry about anything.The condo was just what we needed. The bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and we slept great!The kitchen was well equipped with all amenities we needed ! While there we had an issue finding our way back to cable tv ,with a phone call someone was quickly knocking at our door! GREAT SERVICE! WE LOVED OUR TRIP AND WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!! We wont be looking anywhere else! ONLY one suggestion would be some rubber mats in the kitchen and bathrooms because of my plantar fasciitis!! See you next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd time staying at the Palms but our first time at the Palms 3. The location is so great and close to Publix and Walgreens making grabbing a few things here and there very easy. Upon arrival we were able to get into our condo early, the host messaged us to tell us it was ready around 10am, which worked out great for us. The condo it’s self was very clean and spacious for our family of 5. There were plenty of beach toys and chairs, no need to bring your own. It’s always nice to have a washer and dryer to freshen up the beach towels mid trip. The walk to the beach is unbeatable. it’s quick and easy to walk over to the beach so night walks and quick walks home for the bathroom and meals is a breeze. All in all it was a great trip and we will definitely be staying again.
