Positive: Because of circumstances beyond my control, I found myself without a place to stay while presumably visiting my son and his wife. I found your place and hoped for the best. It was clean, clearly newly remodeled. full 2 BD BR, all of which I needed. Close to the beach, it checked almost all the boxes.
Negative: Unfortunately, there's no getting around that it's on PCH. I knew of course that it was pretty close, but the motorcycle/truck noise made the patio almost un-useable, which is a real shame. It took a long time to bring the temperature down enough to be comfortable, but it eventually did. You need a window shade on the upstairs window over the twin bed. My wife and I alternated in that room, first because it got cool faster, then for my wife, a notorious light sleeper, because it was more quiet.
Summary: Nice place, close enough to the beach, but LOUD

Positive: Wonderful location, comfortable beds, good kitchen with minimal basics, clean bathrooms freshly remodeled, cool patios.
Negative: AC could be more powerful. It was hot during the daytime.
Summary: We had a great time in this beautiful home. We would go again.

Positive: The location is awesome, a short distance to the beach, with no major/dangerous streets to cross, which made it ideal for our kids. The neighborhood felt very safe and even though it was a summer weekend there was plenty of parking near the unit and not crowded on the beach. I was worried about being right on PCH, during the day you could hear motorcycles and trucks pass, but at night it wasn't loud enough to bother us. The house was well stocked with everything you'd need and it was very comfortable with enough space that we didn't feel too cramped. It has two balconies and the weather was always nice enough to spend time outside.
Summary: Great location, comfortable, and fun!
