Summary: Good experience overall. Couch was very uncomfortablle however and no plugs.

Summary: Heads up: NO AIR CONDITIONING. I specifically filtered for an air conditioned flat when I selected this particular property on VRBO. There is one small, portable air conditioner in one bedroom that does not work particularly well and the rest of the flat has no cooling capabilities whatsoever. Since we stayed in June, it was quite hot inside the flat at times. The beds and pillows are good and we did enjoy the patio after dark when things cooled down outside. The patio is a nice amenity. The coffee maker and milk in the fridge were much appreciated. The rest of the flat – the kitchen, living area, and bathroom – needs some TLC. The toilet in the bathroom is very difficult to flush and takes multiple tries. The laminate is peeling off the kitchen counters, and the laminate floor boards are also coming loose in much of the apartment. The sofa in the living area is awful: you can feel the springs through the seats. Almost impossible to sit on, so we sat on the floor to watch TV. The carpets in the bedrooms are truly disgusting; I wore shoes in the bedrooms because walking on the carpets was just…no. Be aware there’s another rental right above this one and the floors are thin - upstairs neighbors can be very noisy.
