Positive: Great location in quiet neighborhood, clean room and bathroom

Negative: Room was very, very small, with tiny walls and we could hear people in next room even they were just speaking between them. Smell of cigar's was present all the time. Breakfast was poor.

Positive: The room is absolutely beautiful. The king room is fancy, has a Sultan seating area, it's in the top floor, and very spacious with lots of power outlets (a modern era necessity missed by many). The staff did not speak English, but were willing to be of help and tried their best using translate options to communicate all necessary information. A manager was also always available in the lobby and personally helped us find taxis and stuff.

Negative: Where to start? So many little details that a hotel charging this price and being this prestigious should not miss. There are cigarette burns all over the room. On the bed, the bathroom window, the carpets, the table. The bathroom towels are torn and have several holes in them. There was a toilet paper roll soaked in piss in the bathroom floor, I kid you not, I don't want to know its story. The WiFi of the 5th floor does not reach the room, I can only connect to the 4th floor if near the window. The breakfast was disappointing. It was still 9 am, many items were already finished, the staff were not renewing the food even though plenty of people were still coming to eat. The shower cable is moldy and needs replacement entirely. The room is fully carpeted, but the carpet has not seen a strong vacuum in ages. It's obvious someone is cleaning, but half heartedly, lots of teeny tissue debris here and there, a piece of plastic there, etc... It's really sad.

Positive: The staff was really nice and helpful. Maybe they can not really speak english but despite of this we could understand each other. They also perfectly handled our car at night when there was a need to park somewhere else. They dont have the newest furniture but everything was comfortable. I would totally recommend this place to stay for a couple of nights Breakfast was also really good.
