Positive: The cabin was clean, comfortable, and near the lake with lots of birds calling throughout the night making a pleasant experience.

Negative: The cabin is not clearly labeled; make sure you can recognize it from the photos. There is a huge new house being built right next to cabin; if you're looking for a quiet, serene getaway this is not it. We tried turning on the battery pack but could not get it to work; it would be helpful if the hosts left an instructions for power, wifi, etc. The cabin was also very hot; we'd like to open the windows but they don't have screens and being by the lake means there were a lot of bugs. While it was next to a lake, there is a forest in between the cabin and the water; it would be nicer if the host cleared some trees to allow a clear line of sight. The land around the cabin is eroding and it would not be easily accessible for a mobility impaired individual. The host did not respond to messages on booking; the only way I was able to contact them was texting the last 10 digits of the number listed on the booking page.

Positive: Everything was top notch for an true Alaskan cabin especially for the value

Negative: It is nearly impossible to get ahold of the host. I wasn't even able to collect the cabin keys There was 0 contact at all The phone number pay provide is out of service
