Summary: The resort was amazing the staff went out of their way to ensure your comfort. Amazing ocean from pool, and a quiet expansive beach. The water was warm and welcoming. The Hotel rented scooters at the front desk (which I highly recommend for traveling the Island) at very reasonable prices. Very Family oriented can't wait to come back.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay and Twin Bay. The hotel was so relaxing and staff were very friendly. The access to the beach is so easy and the water so warm. It wasn't deep as there were sandbanks but you could swim out. We ate at the on site restaurant which was good food and wasn't expensive. Would definitely stay here again and was sad to leave

Summary: Great room new building overlooking sea at end of beach so quiet . Lovely pool sunbeds under tree or at pool. Sea and beautiful sand tidal . Great staff . Tuk tuk 100 baht to Saladan . Pool looked new loved the tiles and even met some new friends

Summary: We stayed for 10days in a seafront bungalow. Great location good room and superfreindly staff. This was in low season and the resort was renovating some huts and the restaurant. This did not affect our stay much. We had a great relaxing stay. Thansk to the staff for the best beachfront vacation in Thailand.

Summary: Amazing service, very clean hotel. It was our favorite hotel from our Thailand trip (we had 7 other hotels!). The staff are super friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble.

Summary: The only thing bad about the experience was the extortionate, mandatory New Year’s dinner. For 3000 baht ($85) - one whole extra night’s stay! - the food should have been very special. It was only all the normal things from the menu, served buffet style, and no alcohol included! The hotel informed us that if we did not agree to pay this exorbitant fee, they could cancel our reservation at any time. My mother in law is elderly and does not eat very much, so to charge $85 for a salad and some shrimp just to insure the reservation seems ludicrous. She otherwise enjoyed the grounds and the staff were lovely. It was just this terribly overpriced meal extortion that left a bad taste in the mouth. In conclusion: yes, we recommend staying there, as long as it isn’t during a major holiday!

Summary: This was a hidden gem. The property is right on the beach. Even cabins that are not "beach front" it is just a short walk, 10 steps off the pool, and you are on the beach. My teenagers only complaint was "The breakfast Buffett was not enough." My wife and I felt there was plenty of food. They had omelets or eggs cooked to order, cereal, fruit, Thai food, toast, juice, coffee,tea, yogurt, and salad. The resort is on the top of Ko Lanta where it is more quiet. A short walk down the beac will lead to more busy area with convince stores, restaurants that sever Thai, American, and European food. Overall a great place to be that is quiet and very relaxing. Staff was excellent and service was perfect.

Summary: This was a hidden gem. The property is right on the beach. Even cabins that are not "beach front" it is just a short walk, 10 steps off the pool, and you are on the beach. The staff was excellent. We had a problem with our AC and they were quick to help get that resolved. We enjoyed our stay. Our family loved it and would come back. There are not many "things" to do at the hotel. Which for our family with older kids was perfect. We played volleyball on the beach, played football on the beach, and rented scooters to visit other areas around the island. Perfect quiet location to just relax
