Positive: The view over the river was magnificent. We sat on the balcony for hours just watching the activity outside. There is a great seafood restaurant right next door.

Positive: Phoned ahead to request an earlier check-in. Spoke with Kerry who was so friendly and helpful and assured me our room would be done first for our arrival. Had second floor unit overlooking the Beautiful Tweed River, so had our Lunch on the Patio. Room had all facilities required. Did not partake the 'free' Breakfast as we slept in.

Negative: Everything was lovely and would certainly recommend.

Summary: Best Location and River Views. Proprietors really lovely.
