Positive: This was the best stay we have ever experienced. When booking we wanted a secluded house in Tuscany with cypresses and great views. This property has it all. And it is brand new, refurbished apartment, it seemed as we were the first to enter. Since it was colder outside, the heating was more than enough. View from the window was spectacular. And it's not that far from getting on major roads to reach Tuscan cities. The hosts are great, warm and helpful. And offered great breakfast. The courtyard is huge and it was great for kids. They even have their own olive oil.

Positive: Big nicely designed apartment. All new. Super dog friendly (no extra charge). Parking just near the property.
Negative: From reading the reviews we expected a breakfast of local products and more variety. The water flow in the shower is very weak and the water is not completely hot. The washing machine is not in the apartment as stated but in separate shower/toilets outside the apartment and access to the machine is very inconvenient.
Summary: Good value of money

Positive: The hospitality was perfect. Maria hosted us wonderfully. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, ample parking and a very satisfying breakfast.
Negative: The location is very quiet and peaceful. Perhaps signage would make it easier to find the place, especially when it's dark.
