Summary: The most helpful and attentive service I’ve had in my life. The reception staff are absolutely amazing - helped us plan our activities and also helped me with some handy treatment when I was bitten by fire ants. Perfect stay!

Summary: Turtle Bay Lodge is an oasis for travellers! It has a laid back, warm and rustic atmosphere with the sweetest staff and management. Very knowledgeable about both Vanuatu and life in the sea, and they always have time for questions or a chat, both with us and the children. The whole place is very well kept, beautiful rooms and restaurant, good quality in furniture etc. Tidy, clean and beautiful place all together. The breakfast is so good, and you can choose from a menu every morning with fresh lime juice every day. Sunbeds set out by the shore so you can enjoy the sunrise. Diving, snorkeling gear, SUP and kajaks can be borrowed. We saw a turtle when snorkelling on the outer reef, and also in the bay. They employ local people, and support a local school nearby, so contribute to the society around also.

Summary: Our family group stayed in 3 lovely marquees. Stunning views of ocean. Loved this resort. It’s stunning and natural beauty. We loved the amazing snorkelling straight off the resort beach and hired kayaks to go to the Matevalu blue hole which is stunning. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Food was fantastic and lots of choice. Totally recommend.

Summary: We really loved our stay at Turtle Bay Lodge, would love to stay there again and recommend others to check it out. The accommodation is modern, comfortable, and clean. The staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful. The lodge offers many amenities and activities to do on site - snorkeling, pool, kayaking, help with booking tours and activities. Plus it is close to all of the popular Blue Holes and nearby activities. The restaurant on site has delicious meals and a gorgeous view out to the ocean, making it perfect to relax and enjoy meals throughout the day at. The daily breakfast was toast with jams, butter, and peanut butter and a fruit platter, plus tea or coffee. There were also cereals. We added on eggs for a small cost to our daily breakfasts to help fill us up. Daily room service was appreciated. The rooms are super comfortable and clean! There are a kettle and mini fridge in the room. Very comfortable place to stay with all the modern things you need. Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday!

Summary: The staff were amazing and the managers did a fabulous job directing you to the most incredible sights. We had a rental car but you could do anything with all the tours they offer. I highly recommend this place and the food was also the best!!!!

Summary: We booked this location for 2 x nights in Oct as a group of 7. 2 x grand parents, 2 x adults, and 3 kids (Ages 8, 7 and 5). We opted for 3 seperate rooms next to each other and it could not have been a better scenario although I am aware that there is a family type room. The rooms are very adequate and although no aircons were in place, the temperature with the sea breeze was great (our kids used the blankets even). The lodge is low key and immediately relaxing. It is a small-ish resort, at the time filled mainly with couples however our kids were never bored. Between kayaks, swimming in the pool and exploring the rock pools. We did horse riding with Santo Horse Adventures one morning which is highly recommended. The highlight of the property was the incredible food.
