Summary: Buffie communicated the very easy checkin process and directions to the casita well ahead of time, so arrival was super easy. It got cold and snowy the second day of our visit, and the baseboard heaters did great. Everything was cozy and great.

Summary: The host immediately accepted my request to stay at the Casita with my two kitties. Youngest cat stayed in kennel when we were exploring; brought our own bedding, blankets to cover the furniture to reduce cat dander. Although it was difficult to read the address number outside the property (numbers were small), my friend and I found the Casita very well stocked with coffee, cocoa, some spices and bathroom amenities. Pleasantly surprised to have items available. The Casita's spacious living area was perfect for 2 cats and 2 adults. It is 30 mins away from Madrid, NM. The eclectic little town hosts an annual Christmas parade. Casita is also 30 mins away from Old Town Albuquerque and an hour from Santa Fe. Christmas festivities abundant in the area. Scent of piñon wood and viewing luminarias (called Farolitos in Northern NM) is definitely the attraction to this area. We did not need to contact the host because she had supplied all our needs. We will definitely be back to visit again!!! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and headache free!!

Summary: From sunset to sunrise, the views from here were spectacular. This Casita was clean, smelled fantastic & was super comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Summary: My teenaged son and I stayed over his fall break. The house is easy to find and was a good home base for exploring the area. The house was clean and well-stocked, and is a good value for the price. Would recommend and would stay again.

Summary: We stayed for the week to attend the Balloon Fiesta, great location, close enough to easily drive in. Was able to readily enjoy scenic turquoise trail to Santa Fe, also in a quaint town with conveniences like restaurants and some shops. Our host was very nice and available to us when needed.
