Summary: Friendly staff, clean room, easy parking and access, near several restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay there and it's nice to be able to park right in front of the room. The only change I'd make would be to not allow smoking near the rooms. Highly recommend this quaint motel.

Summary: I have stayed in this hotel for decades. It is absolutely beautiful old school always clean excellent shower lots of food and stores nearby state Police Department directly across the street so it’s completely safe and while you’re staying there, don’t forget to visit East River Mountain the scenic overlook it’s the most beautiful place on earth and where my parents fell in love in 1940 enjoy beautiful West Virginia and the turnpike hotel even greater value with the hotels.com discount

Summary: Room was clean and neatly attended to. Updated interior with the a lot of plugs and ports for all our devices. Comfortable bed.
