Welcome to our recently remodeled 2 bedroom retreat in Bella Vista. Our retreat backs up to the Tunnel Vision trail and allows you to bike in/out. We are only 5 mins from the Little Sugar and Back Forty trailheads. All eight of Bella Vista’s golf courses nearby. We are just 15 minutes from Bentonville where you will find Walmart's Home Office, Crystal Bridges Museum, The Amazeum, The Momentary, Slaughter Pen trail and the Coler MTB Preserve.

Summary: We had a great stay. This place is located in a quiet neighborhood and is clean and comfortable. You can access the Mt bike trail from their backyard. Very easy area to drive around and is fairly close to Bentonville. Tim is very responsive.

Summary: Very clean, had all the amenities of being at home, the Tranquility and peacefulness were so appreciated. The host communicates extremely well. Summary: My wife and I (and our dog) enjoyed a nice week of mountain biking in the area. Including a few rides directly out the back to the Tunnel Vision trail. Highly recommend!

Summary: House was perfect. Great location, beautiful scenery, and had everything we needed. Close to stores, restaurants, hiking and biking paths. Loved it so much we extended our stay 2 days. Had a few questions and Tim was quick to respond. Highly recommend staying here!

Summary: We wanted to get away from Iowa for a few days and ride and hike. We easily got to Coler for coffee and some singletrack. Got to ride another 5.5 mile trail and ate at multiple places within 10 min from the house. We also made an hour drive to Devils Den State Park for a hike. All in all exactly what we wanted to do with our weekend.
