Positive: Good location and quiet. Seems to be a safe area. Continental breakfast included a breakfast sandwich which was good. Staff was friendly. Parking is close to the rooms.

Negative: When I checked in at midnight, the TV did not work. The cable box was not plugged in and the HDMI cable needed to be plugged in several times. The office staff leaves at 11 PM so I ended up googling how to get the cable TV working and it finally worked. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. They need to put in some caulking and fix the baseboards. The tile on the floor had dirty grout.

Positive: Excellent registration, welcome from staff at front desk. Bed was firm, which was good

Negative: Walls/ceilings are a little thin, so noise from other guests at the inn is more than expected
