Positive: I was happy to have a room to recover in after rampage. The beer was very good. The cleaning lady was really nice and was one of the only staff to help me out when my keys stopped working.

Negative: When I checked in the door to my room was open. There were wires coming from outside into my room and my window was open. I closed the door when I left for the festival and when I came back at 2am the door to my room was open. The spa was closed and the pool was dirty. My keys stopped working and there was never anybody at reception.

Summary: It was good for the day I needed to use it.

Negative: It is impossible to take a shower in rooms on the top floor due to bathtub under narrow roof. There was no receptionist, you need to contact to bartender.

Positive: Breakfast was ok. Check out was ok

Negative: Noise of the locality ; noise from the buildings heating system. Which was kicking in and out through the night and sounded like a rockets taking off. It was right next to our room.

Summary: Poor to fair. But there is no competition in the city centre.
