Welcome to the stunning beachside property TUGUN LOOKOUT – perched high on the hill over-looking the beautiful sandy shores of Tugun beach and beyond. With commanding ocean and beach views, come sit or dine on the deck and take it all in. This home will provide you and your family a lifetime of holiday memories. TUGUN LOOKOUT has plenty of room for the larger families wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle and experience the beachy laid-back vibe of the Southern Gold Coast lifestyle.
Spread out over 3 levels with an abundance of space this home is built for entertaining or simply spending time with your family enjoying a BBQ by the private swimming pool. Park your car in the garage and enter the TUGUN LOOKOUT up the stairs and into your own Tiki bar and entertainment space complete with pool table, flowing onto the back deck adjoining the sparkling waters of your own private lap pool. Move into the home on the main living area complete with a queen size bedroom, bathroom, laundry, open plan kitchen, living and dining area, opening onto the second of the large decks taking in the magnificent ocean front. Go down a level you will find two more large bedrooms with an adjoining deck and shared bathroom. The parents retreat is located on the top level, an oasis on its own. With your own private deck you can take in the views, kick back and relax. There is also another large bedroom located on this level for those parents that wish their young children close.
TUGUN LOOKOUT is walking distance to the Tugun Village, with local cafes, restaurants, takeaway bars, fashion and beauty shops. You are also a stone’s throw from the beautiful Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and Currumbin Beach. You have the best of the local surf clubs to choose from either walk left along the beach front to the Currumbin Surf Club or right to the Tugun Surf Club. No need for a long drive from the plane, this oasis awaits you a short distance of 10 minutes from the Coolangatta Airport.
A $2,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.

Summary: The house was very roomy with great views and very suitable for all our family. However house has too many stairs and would be unsuitable for people with mobility problems. We loved our stay at Tugun and loved having the shops so close.

Summary: Fantastic house, great amenities and awesome decks to sit and relax on with honestly spectacular views. Only items of note for staying is to bring an eye mask as not all bedroom windows have blinds, and just to be aware theres no air conditioning for the hotter nights. House laneway access is also quite steep and a little tricky to navigate for if you're not confident driving or have a rental car. Other than those very small things, the place is amazing!
