Superb stone-built cottage at the heart of Grassington. Completely renovated to an exceptionally high standard in 2017 providing well-equipped, cosy accommodation, lovely garden and private parking.
Our well appointed cottage is Tucked Away in the heart of Grassington village, just off the bustling main street but seconds away from the picturesque cobbled square.
Finished to a high standard throughout, this cottage offers comfortable, well-equipped accommodation for up to four people and utilises a combination of modern furnishings and original features. There is central heating throughout and wi-fi. The sitting room boasts exposed beams, wooden flooring and a multi-fuel stove. Bedroom 1 features a handmade kingsize sleigh bed and Bedroom 2 offers the option of two single beds or a super kingsize bed. There is an upstairs bathroom with a shower, toilet and handbasin. Downstairs there is cloakroom with a toilet and hand basin. The lovely garden provides an excellent spot for al fresco dining and private parking is located right outside the cottage.
Amenities: Gas central heating and multi-fuel stove. Electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, smart TV and wi-fi, washing machine. A freezer is available if needed - located in the outbuilding.

Summary: This was our 2nd stay at the cottage, it is comfortable and clean, and has everything you need for your stay, the position just off the market square is excellent, and has the bonus of 2 parking spaces

Summary: We have stayed at this property mostly around Springtime where the temperature is fine however things were slightly different in the winter.The lounge door in the cottage does not shut properly and due to the high winds at the weekend the lounge was cold and draughty.I also feel that the kitchen area could be furnished with the following items: Food Weighing scales, more cooking utensils, bread bin.At the moment there are three large pots however it would be useful to have different sizes for making sauces, porridge and even boiling eggs or just smaller for two guests.A couple of casserole dishes would be beneficial for making dishes and also some scourers where the dishwasher has not removed the stains/ food.

Summary: Great two bedroom cottage quality fittings, well equipped, and in a fantastic location close to all of the pubs, restaurants, and shops. We used it as a base to do two long walks and then in the evening just walk out and back to the entertainment on offer.

Summary: Lovely little place, done to a high standard. Great location a stone’s throw from the centre of Grassington, near lots of eating options. Private parking is a big plus point.

Summary: What an amazing cottage this is, we are looking forward to a return visit, such a quite place only a couple of minutes away from the village square, lots of places to eat, pubs, restaurants, cafe etc we enjoyed a trip to Skipton and then just stayed in and enjoyed the log fire, would recommend.

Summary: This place was absolutely wonderful. Would love to stay again. Tastefully decorated, great location, wash machine, car parking. Easy distance to all we wanted to see and do. One king, one queen. One and a half bathrooms. My only suggestion would be to add a memory foam mattress pad to the king, like the queen has. It would be much more comfortable for people with hip and back issues (me).

Summary: Charming property. Clean and comfortable. One minor comment, the shower head had black mould which we had to clean before use.Otherwise we had an excellent first week of our holiday. Highly recommended.
