Positive: The whole hotel including the spa is exquisite! I was blown away by the spa facilities in this hotel especially the swimming pool. The whole hotel has a great atmosphere and style. I would definitely stay again. The best spa facilities I’ve come across in Ukraine and probably the nicest hotel also.

Negative: There was a huge spider web in the room and there were birds living on the outside windowsill. The outside windowsill was really disgusting because of the birds. I would suggest giving the rooms a deeper clean and looking outside the windows. Apart from that the hotel was incredible. I can’t wait to return.

Summary: An incredible hotel with an exceptional spa, though the room could use a deeper clean, I’d still love to return.

Positive: Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. Nice spa.

Negative: The breakfast is of low quality compared to the rest of the hotel. Few choices. Food is not kept hot enough.
