Positive: Location and price. Very comfortable room and superb breakfast. Indeed, the quality of the food was very good.

Negative: The wait for our evening meal. Over 1.5 hours is quite unacceptable. There was clearly a staffing issue and therefore a management problem. Outside areas looked a little rundown.

Summary: Great for what we wanted and price! Hotel needs some improvements generally
