Summary: It was a few areas that looked worn down which was unexpected. The staff was nice. Laquana(?sp) the house keeper on our floor was very accommodating. The only thing was when booking it sais this is what you will pay. Is wasn't. We paid $180 more than listed. Also it was $50 valet which you didn't have a choice to avoid.

Summary: We stayed for a two-nights, and it was wonderful. I love the pools and the beach. The food and the drinks at the resort was delicious. We love the internet was included in our stay. The resort was nice, clean, and convenient to many other stores and restaurants. We definitely will come back when we have an opportunity.

Summary: For the price we paid, I thought it would be a better place. When we entered the room, we smelled musty, the elevators were old and didn't seem to be maintained, and on three occasions, the door didn't open when we reached the floor. I was scared because we were on the 28th floor. The website advertised two restaurants. Neither of them was open for dinner, so we had to find one outside the hotel.The bathroom had very poor lighting, and the furniture was broken from humidity.

Good property, clean, fair price point but needs investment in updating/maintaining and more amenities & food options (along with staff) to be considered a luxury property. Rooms are very spacious for families - would stay again but only for a certain price.
