This home also has a first floor Bedroom complete with a comfortable Murphy Bed 'Queen'. The highlight of this home, in addition to the spacious living quarters, is the large rear patio which is beautifully landscaped and is the ideal spot to for that morning cup of coffee. This home has all new furniture and also includes TVs, DVD Players, washer/dryer, Hairdryer, iron & ironing board, pots & pans, towels & linens, central air conditioning, parking, and access to the Associations pool. Summary: This home was extremely welcoming and comfortable. My husband and I, his sister, our two adult daughters and one of their husbands spent a wonderful two weeks here on vacation and pretended this was our real home. Our favorite thing was breakfast on the back patio every morning. The back yard is beautifully landscaped and felt like a little slice of paradise that we got to relax in. the rooms were all spacious and beautifully decorated, and it was really nice having three full bathrooms with showers when we we all trying to get ready at once. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and the living room was big and comfy. The location is ideal - easy walk to Duval St, 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Al was easy to reach and very helpful with any details we needed. We loved everything about this place and can't wait to return!

Summary: This was our 3rd time in Key West, 1st time taking our family and 1st time staying in s VRBO. And this will be the only way we come down. It was so comfortable and convenient. House was spotless and having the ability to cook was nice and less expensive. Thank you to the Metty family for a great stay.

Summary: We wanted a villa a bit more central than we had stayed previously and this was perfect! The photos of the property do not do this place justice and the yard area at the back is just beautiful, particularly on a night time. This villa is clearly the family retreat and not only just for rental and so has everything you could possibly need inside it. Also, it has generous basic supplies to start you off. Some rentals are stripped bare and feel soulless but this felt really homely. The Truman Annex area is just lovely and feels really safe, as Key West is. I had been concerned the communal pool area would be a bit small and a hassle to get to from the villa but we had no problems getting sun loungers on the occasions we went. The only area I could see for improvement would be the twin beds, as they are squeaky when anyone moves in them but certainly not enough to stop me wanting to return to the property. The additional Murphy bed ensured all of the family had comfort and privacy during our stay. The communication with Al from start to finish was brilliant aswell. Would highly recommend staying here

Summary: This property has everything you need for a home away from home. It is beautifully decorated, super clean, and has comfortable beds. We liked that everyone in our party had their own bedroom and bathroom. The Truman Annex is the best location to stay in Key West. You are close to Duval and all of the action, but can come back to the quiet and gated community. Al was quick to respond to any questions that came up. We would definitely stay here again.
