Positive: A beautiful trullo in a wonderful location; the view from the balcony must surely be the best in Alberobello!!! There is a small garden too and it was lovely to sit outside for breakfast. The decor is modern but the traditional features have been retained. It was spotlessly clean and we were able to check-in early which was great! Check-in as at Hotel Silva, and as we didn’t have a car, the lady kindly drove us the short distance from there to the trullo. Definitely recommend!! If it’s available for your dates, book it!!!

Positive: The location and views from the Trullo are wonderful. Very special experience.

Negative: Key needs to be collected from a different location. We left our car at the key pick up location and the owner gave us a lift to the property. The description said breakfast was included and served in the room but when we checked in, no information was given. We contacted the owner regarding breakfast but no response so we ending up paying for our own breakfast at nearby cafe. For the price we paid, it should have been included.

Summary: Great accommodation and wonderful experience. But communication needs to be better.

Positive: This trullo is AMAZING! The location is so perfect, that tourists will casually take photos of your house and alley all day! The room has a beautiful balcony/backyard with the best view in town! There is also AC which is perfect!

Negative: The beds are rock hard!

Positive: The location was great in the heart of the village and the atmosphere very quaint and charming .

Negative: The property consisted of 3 beds , one of which had to be reached via a very unsafe ladder so one of us ended up sleeping on the sofa . Also the property had a lovely back yard however there was no lighting whatsoever. Otherwise all was good
