Summary: Check in was easy and my room was so cute with the splashes of colour, walkin shower, big Tv and overall cleanliness. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection and I was impressed that there was a place to fill water bottles. Constant regular and decaf coffee was also available in the lobby. This was my first stay at a Tru by Hilton and will not be my last.

Summary: They need to be transparent about their airport shuttle, I couldn’t get my normal hotel I use when travelling to Toronto that is also near the airport but don’t call it a complimentary shuttle if you’re only allowed to use it if you have a flight. The other surrounding hotels have a shuttle to and from the airport that their clients can use anytime of day - I say this because the UP express is a high traffic and cost reducing form of transportation into the city centre which is why my family and I went to Toronto to attend multiple events downtown. We ended up having to spend hundreds on Ubers just to get us to the UP express. I was so disappointed in this. So if you’re looking for a hotel with easy access to downtown this is not the hotel for you, book elsewhere.

Summary: Great spot for a 3 night stay with 5 other couples attending the same wedding. No safe in the room would be my only thing that I wish the room had. Enjoyed the breakfast and social seating area. Pool was ok gym was good but small. Bed comfortable and room was spotless. Can hear the jets take off but ends after 2am and flts start again at 6am. Not an issue for me though. Staff were very helpful with any question I had and they respond quick using text messages.

Summary: As soon as you walk in you are greeted by friendly receptionists, and a clean smell. The hotel is comfortable, and provides a good breakfast and airport shuttle. All at a decent price. I returned here for these reasons, and will be back again.

Summary: This was an excellent hotel for the traveller, not over the top, but providing clean, efficient and comprehensive services. The people of all ages we saw seemed to be very satisfied. Our room was great - we slept very well.

Summary: I was bitten by bed bugs. My eye swelled up and I had bites on my arms, legs and torso. I incurred two urgent care visits and pharmacy purchases following this incident. This was the first night of my vacation and I wore sunglasses and was ill throughout my week in Toronto due to this.
