Summary: needs to be very specific about how many dogs you can have !!! otherwise a great hotel

Summary: This is an easy off and on 95 making it a great place for a stop over on a road trip. We’ve stayed here before and will be back. Room was not as clean as it’s been in the past but nothing concerning.

Summary: The hotel is well kept with ample parking, nearby the main roads and food options. The staff was cordial and quick to help with check in. The facility and room was clean and easy to navigate to and from.

Summary: We stayed there for only a handful of hours as we were passing by and need to rest a bit however, it was an amazing experience beginning to end. The young man that checked us in was so polite and thoughtful. When we got to the room we needed help with the curtain and the gentlemen that assisted us from maintenance was TRUly :) an asset to the company. He went above and beyond to assist and furthermore, you can honestly tell in his voice and how he speaks that he is proud to work for that specific location. Great team and staff! Tru Hotel never disappoints but this one went above and beyond

Summary: The floor in the room was not clean. They felt sticky. There is only 1 microwave in the entire hotel where check in desk is.

Summary: Front desk staff welcoming and a huge help. Directed us to a lovely restaurant for dinner and asked all the right questions to get us set for the evening. We enjoy staying at this hotel each time we pass thru Rocky Mount
