Summary: Never received a $125 deposit I made on my room. My room was left immaculate and i checked out a day early. I spent very little time at the hotel as I was visiting family in the Jackson, MI area. I currently reside in Florida.

Summary: Average hotel. Rooms were small and furnishings were minimal also found a spot on the mattress👎. Employees were friendly and accommodating

Summary: Room was clean and neat. Some visitors had dogs…. I love dogs but find them unacceptable in a hotel. Some seating in the dining recreation area had dogs air all three days we stayed there… obviously the cleaning staff isn’t very observant. Breakfast served to 9 am with limited choices on one morning at 8:30… We are older adults and although we stayed at this Tru hotel last year we will not choose to stay here in the future.
