Positive: Location is good. We didn’t have the breakfast.

Negative: I would have liked an extra blanket in the room. Also, there are no coffee makers in the rooms so we had to bring our own. I have mobility issues so it’s difficult for me to go to the lobby every time I want a cup of coffee - especially first thing in the morning.

Summary: Very nice and comfortable.

Positive: I stayed at this new hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The room was big and very spacious, everything felt fresh and exceptionally clean. The indoor pool was a great bonus, and the location made it super easy to find. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

Negative: At check-in, we received very little information about the hotel or its amenities, and there was no clear signage in the lobby to guide guests to facilities like the pool. Room service wasn’t available—only bed and breakfast—so we had to go out for lunch and dinner. I was unexpectedly charged an extra $100 without any prior notice, which was later refunded, but again without explanation—very confusing. I had contacted the hotel in advance about a small arrangement for my wife's birthday and received a reply confirming something would be done, but unfortunately, nothing happened and there was no follow-up, even after checkout.

Summary: The hotel has potential, but better communication and guest service would make a big difference
