Positive: Spacious, clean

Negative: No mineral water, only water dispenser provided in room which makes too much noise and needed to be turned off. Breakfast buffet with no coffee machine or at least proper Americano available, only kopi kampung are provided. Not a good way to start the day.

Positive: Breakfast was good. Gotten high floor- no road noise.

Negative: AC in room was low. Called desk and they send a technician but still warm. Called desk again and they provided fan for us to help with room circulation.

Summary: Good location with lots of restaurants within walking distance

Positive: Poor cleanliness, dusty cabinet below the basin nearly put the unused towel there. Luckily I checked. One of the sofa discover pop corn drops into the side. Do not disturb button not working, housekeeping staff aware but never report to maintenance. I have to inform the receptionist at check out. Water dispenser hot and normal water dispenser, but both are hot water. Have to switch off the power to get cold water. Breakfast, free sitting when the restaurant is almost full. Waiter/waitress never bother to bring guest to their table.

Negative: Noisy traffic in the night maybe the hotel is beside the busy Tebrau street.

Summary: Overall satisfactory but not great. They can definitely do better.

Positive: Stayed here for the second time. The room is spacious. Free parking. Near to entertainment area. Shout out to the receptionist Mr Raga for a smooth checked in although it’s a last minute booking. Didn’t expect that he’s also attentive to my birth date, and gave me a free breakfast as a gift. Appreciate the kindness.
