Positive: Great location close to everything in Trosa. The spa was a nice bonus and good value as a hotel guest. The breakfast had all of the Nordic classics.

Negative: Bed was softer than our preference. There is not a lot of internal sound isolation so we could hear a lot of noise from the hallway and furniture being moved along the floor in the room above.

Positive: The location is very good! The hotel is cute.

Negative: I got the impression this hotel doesn’t really welcome children. If you prefer to cater to couples or older guests, that’s fine, set an age limit. But having a sign saying “dogs are welcome and kids should be on a leash” felt rude and unwelcoming. It immediately made me uncomfortable and wish I’d booked elsewhere. I’d rather stay somewhere where I don’t have to worry about my kids bothering staff because maybe they spoke too loudly or got excited about something. We always make sure to look after our kids so they wont bother other people but it will never be perfect with young children. If families aren’t the kind of guests you want, just be upfront instead of making them feel unwelcome.
