Positive: Karen the owner was responsive and helpful throughout our trip. Beautiful, tranquil surroundings nestled in the tropical forest. Large, well-supplied apartment. Easy 5 minute water taxi ride to downtown Bocas. On-site store for amenities and snacks. Beautiful new pool, stage, swim-up bar, more apartments to come!
Negative: Only one restaurant within comfortable walking distance. Getting a water taxi takes some effort & planning. Kitchen didn't have basics like cooking knives. Shower water pressure was low and there was no conditioner until requested.
Summary: A stand-out apartment getaway outside the hustle & bustle of Isla Colon immersed in the jungle

Positive: Karen was super helpful and made some great recomendstions, which we took he up on. Beautiful, lush, and private jungle feel to it. Convenient location with nice jungle trails.
Negative: End of rainy season with some grey and overcast days.

Positive: This is a beautiful property with trails to the beach, a few great restaurants, and lots of fruit trees around. The hosts were super attentive and accommodating as well! We loved the board games and books for a chill night. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Positive: We got upgraded to a wonderful apartment with a big porch due to a glitch with the fridge. Karen, Gabby anf Oscar were amazing. We felt like their only guests. Great value for the size of the place we stayed in.
Negative: We would've loved to have breakfast or a restaurant however everything was so walkable on the island that it was totally fine
Summary: Fabulous quiet place, with great hosts and loved the extras. Even a gym to use!

Positive: Property is located in smaller island (Isla Carenero) across the main island of Isla Colon ,five-minute boat ride from main port. Nice dock and seating areas, small convenience store for basics, good amount of tropical trees around buildings providing shade from sun. The units were top-notch, fully equipped (kitchen, AC, smart TV) with a lot of space including living room area and patio area. Property manager on site to handle any questions, issues, and help with tour planning.
Summary: Nestled in coastal area w/rainforest background, dock easily accessible, spacious apt suites.

Positive: We loved the location. It was remote and quiet but a quick water taxi ride away from the main island.
Negative: We were hopeful that the pool would be open by thrntime we arrived. It’s still under construction, but gives us something to look forward to next year when we return

Positive: Everything about our stay here was exceptional. We were within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It was easy to catch a water taxi to go to the main island. Our room was very comfortable and was well equipped. Karen was great to communicate with and responded quickly to any requests. She also made good recommendations for places to eat and water taxis to use. It was a perfect 4 night stay for us!
Negative: I can't think of anything.

Positive: Karen the host and her staff were amazing at communicating, great location right on the water and good facilities eg kayaks and paddle boards! Very easy to walk around the island from here for food and beaches!
Negative: The kitchen facilities were a little worn but still had everything we needed to cook. A curtain on the front door would be nice for some privacy especially with a lot of workmen walking past.
