Note to the Cleaning Fee: The $175.00 Cleaning Fee is for a one time only cleaning in that the unit will be clean upon your arrival. Moreover, we do not provide daily room cleaning although we can provide interested parties with our housekeeper's contact information if they wish to arrange something with her on the side. The Cleaning Fee does provide for towels and linens which include freshly laundered beach, bath, and hand towels as well as wash clothes and bed sheets. A small starter kit of cleaning supplies is also provided which includes a limited amount of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and make-up removing towelettes. It is the responsibility of the guests though to purchase more of these items if they wish them during their stay.
Upon check in there is a $75 fee plus tax due to Napili Shores Resort in order to receive your room key and parking permit. Please note that we do not assess this fee nor do we have control over it.

Summary: Everything about this room was top notch. Well maintained and everything you needed for a family trip. Beach chairs and boogy boards. The kitchen was nicely laid out and well equipped. Just a fabulous place to stay!

Summary: Great one bedroom with a perfect location in Napili. Great beach on one side and great snorkeling on the other. Owner was responsive and flexible. Grounds are beautiful and pools were lovely. Only downside was no view, but the complex provides a great view only 100 yards away. This really is the perfect condo for those on a budget, but still want a complex on the coastline.

Summary: This is a great unit at Napili Shores. The furniture and cabinetry feels new, and it is decorated really nice--without feeling cluttered at all. There is plenty of seating and places to put bags/suitcases. The bed is soft and so comfortable! I slept great! Loved the ceiling fan in the bathroom which kept the steam/humidity away! I have traveled to Napili Shores for 25 years and will definitely stay in this unit again!!

Summary: This is a clean, well-maintained unit run by a responsive manager. The location was perfect for our four-person family, first floor within walking distance of the pool with the hot tub. The king bed and fold out couch bed were very comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked and organized. We plan to return in the future and would love to stay at this unit again!

Summary: Excellent location. While there is no view as it is near the pool, it is a good value for being so close to Napili Beach. Nicely decorated with new kitchen and bathroom. Randy was very responsive - the blender didn't work and the next morning, we had a new one.

Summary: This was my family’s first trip to Maui. We had high expectations for this condo since the previous reviews were favorable and it seemed to have what we were looking for. Unfortunately, it was just an ok experience, not great. Check in & communication were better than the condo itself. It was clean, however the necessary beach equipment (chairs & umbrella) were very old which did not allow for an enjoyable experience and was embarrassing to carry around. The chairs had torn & weathered fabric, rusted hinges, broken zippers & straps. The umbrella worked, but was pretty small and old. I misunderstood the unit description and thought it had a washer and dryer in the unit. It is a communal laundry room. Since you are only given 4 beach towels, you have to spend your vacation time in the laundry room. This is not ideal so we used gross dirty beach towels all week. More towels & hooks to use would have been nice. The AC worked well, however the living room unit was noisy from time to time during the night. The condo is near the community trash bins. It is convenient, but you can hear the trash trucks beeping early. A bus stop is also close by. Again, it’s convenient, but you can hear the bus stop noises early in the morning. I’m a light sleeper, maybe this wouldn’t bother most people. The beds were comfortable & big enough. The kitchen had everything we needed. The shower water temperature was too low. It was more like taking a warm shower, but not hot.

Summary: Condo was very clean and comfortable, kitchen had everything you could ever need, location was excellent, bed was very very comfortable, the only negatives were the noise level in bedroom is like being on the street, as the slat windows are as if your outside, bring a sound machine it worked wonders, closet was unusable due to a large rolled up carpet and vacuum, overall there was everything you could possibly need, grounds were beautifully kept, pools very clean, easy walk to beach, the Gazebo restaurant is excellent!!

Summary: The condo community was in a great location within Napili. However, the specific location of the unit was tough because the bedroom window faced directly out to the parking lot and it had paper thin windows, so you heard every footstep and car activity. So noise level was an unwanted issue. Also, there was no filtered drinking water (like a britta) so we had to rely on plastic water bottles from the grocery store which is such a waste. We had to ask for additional towels for our family as what was provided was insufficient, but they were delivered the same day. Communication with the property manager was good, and basic supplies (soap, etc) were provided. Back porch was very close to the pool which was convenient and the unit was close to the laundry on site as well as the beach.
