This 4BR/2BA villa offers a true tropical experience located in the heart of one of South Florida's safest communities. Relax pool-side in our newly renovated built-in kitchen connected pool bar overlooking the jungle-like waterfront showcasing some of Florida's wildlife like birds, ducks, turtles, iguanas, fish and more!

The villa has an outdoor camera to control who goes in and out, always looking for guest safety. There are no cameras inside or in the backyard, giving complete privacy to our guests.
Absolutley no events or parties allowed. There are exterior cameras surrounding the house as well as noise level detectors in and outside of the property.
The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.
Have a cup of coffee from our Nespresso coffee maker and lie down on our sun loungers and leave your worries behind!
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
*Pool heater on request 48 hours in advance. $30 a day upcharge. Will only heat 20°F hotter than outside.
Maintenance visits twice a week to clean the pool. There may be occasional leaves in the pool that fall in as the pool is open to the outdoors.
To maintain a safe and enjoyable stay, fees will apply for violations of key house rules:
Smoking Indoors: $500 for any smoking evidence inside.
Noise Disturbances: $300 per incident for excessive noise.
Unauthorized Late Check Out - $100 for checkout beyond the agreed time without prior approval.
Unauthorized Events/Extra Guests: $400 if guest count exceeds booking or for unapproved gatherings.
Pool Misuse: $200 for violations, including the use of pool equipment without informing the host.
Improper Parking: $150 for unauthorized or obstructive parking.

Summary: The house is welcoming. It is spacious with room for a large family. Yard is a good size and pool is clean. Beds are comfortable with soft blankets and sheets. Lots of towels provided. Bring your own daily essentials, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry and dish soap and garbage bags in advance! The supply runs out quickly. Host is friendly. Response time is quick when messaging. Would recommend staying.

Summary: We needed a house for a couple different generations while in Cooper City. The location was perfect for us (very close to family that lives nearby) but the neighborhood was great, too. It's a perfect, safe area. The house was great. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were nice. Plenty of towels (bath and pool) were supplied. Everything you'd need in the kitchen was also there, which helped us so much. We paid the extra to have the pool heated and it was well worth it, we spent most of the days in the pool. There were also a ton of board games and the foosball table and ping pong table, but we didn't even touch them. If it was rainy, I'm sure they would've been utilized! Communication with Daniel was a breeze. He was super communicative and replied very quickly. Next time we're down in Cooper City we hope to stay here. It was exactly what we needed.

Summary: We had a good time staying here and the location was convenient for what we needed. Nice neighborhood, access to stores and restaurants. Plenty of space and nice pool. Owner was very nice and responsive when we had questions.

Summary: This home has it all! It has a great usage of space with 4 private bedrooms with comfortable beds and 2 well appointed bathrooms, a large dining table that seats 10, a veranda with outdoor seating, a beautiful swimming pool and a large, fully equipped kitchen! There were also plenty of games including Fusball and Ping Ping that the family enjoyed. I highly recommend this property! The owner, Daniel was a great host and ensured that all our needs were met! We would stay again for sure!

Summary: Casa Cooper was perfect for our group of 10. We were never bored during our 5-night stay. There were plenty of games, pool toys, and the ping pong table was the icing on the cake. Plus, the house is less than 10 mins from the Hard Rock and ~20 from the beach. Also, Daniel is the most understanding and accommodating host who truly wants guests to have the best experience. Definitely recommend staying at Casa Cooper!
