Summary: Walking distance to dog friendly beaches, this comfortable property has plenty of space for both teens to relax independently from adults! Beds were good and the kitchen well stocked for entertainers.

Summary: Great location, plenty of space to spread out. Two lounge areas and kitchen open onto covered courtyard which is great on a sunny or wet day. We had 3 dogs and the tiled floors were excellent as they loved exploring the gardens.

Summary: 4.5 stars - great location and good set up with plenty of space for the 10 (7 adults and 3 children) of us. Pool and gardens were delightful and kitchen was very well-equipped. Undercover courtyard / outdoor dining very useful in the rain. Very quiet neighbourhood, easy 10 min walk to the beach. Plenty of off street parking. An additional fridge would have helped given guest numbers and minor issues with some amenities reported.

Summary: A nice house with five good sized bedrooms and a clean and welcoming pool. A little over priced for a house with no views and a fair walk to the beach. One spare roll of toilet paper is not sufficient for up to 10 people staying. A nice touch with the wine and Tim Tams on arrival. Hot water pressure needs attention as it is woeful and the pump near the main bedroom makes noise all night as it switches on and off.

Summary: while not right on the beach, its very close and most days we took the car which was no problem at all. the home was lovely, beautifully appointed, very clean, plenty of room to spread out- private- loved it. Absolutely recommend for a family.
