Positive: Location was perfect. Customer service was seven star if anything. They also have the best fries I have ever tasted in the world

Negative: I wish they had more options on their food menu. The falafel sandwich was just okay.

Positive: Fantastic property, location, stuff , attention to details. Beautifully designed property with jungly vibe. Concierge helped with all reservations, Concierge removed any hustle to get tables and beach clubs. Walking distance to the main beach yet having tons of privacy.

Negative: None. First property that I really dont have any complaints.

Summary: Fantastic stay and made my birthday vacation truly amazing.

Positive: Comfortable room, nice breakfast. I was sick from my time in Puerto Rico and it was very nice to recuperate in the room which smelled lovely and had all that I needed. The staff were nice to bring me some hot lemon ginger water when I told them how queasy I felt.

Negative: not a lot of facilities in the hotel but the location is good and close enough to shopping/ beach etc.
