Tropical Holiday is a spacious mid-century cottage located on a private property that is directly on the intracoastal waterway. While staying here ,you can enjoy the small sandy beach and dock on the intracoastal river ( shared with only a few people)
or walk a short five minutes across to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Crescent Beach.
As guests here you have full private access to all the cottage has to offer.......small backyard patio with charcoal grill and hot water outdoor shower, oversized two car garage with pool table , ping pong and washer and dryer.
The driveway is large and easily accommodates your boat/trailer!
The cottage is located in a quiet and relaxing setting......but just eleven miles to historic downtown St.Augustine .
