Summary: We enjoyed our stay here. We cooked in the kitchen, used the laundry room (which was clean) and parking was easy. Good grocery store and a couple good restaurants an block away. It is basic appearing on the outside but inside was updated, comfy beds. There is traffic noise, but we got used to that. Kim was very responsive and helpful. Thanks!

Summary: I was traveling with a friend and the two bedroom villa was a great find and value. I would recommend it to family, friends or just a couple who wants a place to relax with space and a full kitchen. It was all good..Comfortable beds, clean, easy parking, BBQ grill, and large outdoor lanai was very nice to sit on with the nice weather as we had our morning coffee.

Summary: Very clean 2 bedroom villa. Wonderful king beds. Full kitchen. Nicely decorated. Great value and close to Siesta Key. Large lanai. Covered parking. It had everything we needed. We will absolutely recommend it to family and friends. Very pleasant quick check-in and answered all our questions on the area.

Summary: Very nice apartment type rental. Close to many of the Sarasota venues thats so many visit for. Plenty of restaurants and just down the road from siesta key beach. Kim was very accommodating and was willing to assist with any questions. Great stay at a great value!

Summary: It was very spacious, clean, comfortable king beds and had welcoming beach decorating. It was all great. We plan to return.

Summary: It was exceptional! It had everything we needed and more. Large amount of space, 2 bedrooms with king beds in each plus a living room, full kitchen, dining area and large lanai, clean and friendly. I would recommend!
