Outstanding water front views! Tall swaying palms. Heated hot tub/Infinity Pool. Fish, explore the canals, and intercoastal right from your back yard. At end of cul-de-sac this Sorento Shores home is the perfect get away! Use the kayaks, paddleboard, and bicycles. 3 mi to Nokomis beach, 5 mi to Venice Jetty, 10 mi to Siesta Key.
Beautiful oversized lot at end of cul-de-sac. Extra large lanai with tropical plants. Outstanding water views. Oversized garage with 4 bicycles, 4 kayaks and a paddleboard. Covered front porch with seating areas. Inside the home is 1800 sq ft of living space. Open kitchen with big windows and large sliding door that leads to an oversized screened lanai. Spacious living room with live edge wood furniture accents. The den has beautiful views of the front yard with all the palms and tropical plants. Master bedroom, split floor plan, has beautiful canal views from all windows, and a spacious master bath with glass enclosed shower and oversized closet. One guest bedroom has two queen beds with great views out the windows. The second bedroom has a king bed and its own entrance to the lanai with awesome canal views. The guest bath is retro mid century with shower/tub combo. There is an attached uncovered patio with a barbecue grill. The two level dock has a seating bench to watch the fish swim by. Our favorite activities at the house are enjoying morning coffee on the front patio, exploring Sorrento Shores via bicycles, and fishing on the dock for sheepshead, snappers, catfish, snook and small Tarpoon. Hope you enjoy our house as much as we do.
