Summary: Checking in was a very Frustrating Experienced. I've booked and paid for one of the largest room in advanced. I've also emailed the property right after my reservation was confirmed that I need an ADA room due to my disability. On the day of check-in at 11:30 am now I'm receiving an email from the property notifying that my confirmed reservation with a large room was only located up stairs with no elevator?? Why wasn't I notified in advance after my payment was processed? Not even 4 hours before check-in time?? This is a Horrible business practice. So we ended up taking a very small room and I wasn't able to use my walker in the room because it wasn't able to accommodate my walker.

Summary: This is a budget friendly hotel. This is my second stay here and I am very happy. Staff is friendly and present. The location is close to many restaurants, markets, and shops. The rooms are basic, with no carpeting, microwave, and mini-fridge. AC works and showers are hot and no drain problems. Rented 3 rooms and they placed us next to each other. About a 10 minute drive to Disneyland.

Summary: It was ok but I asked for a later checkout daughter had a late game but guy gave me a hard time it’s a small motel and there is no way they were fully booked for that night. Made me pay half the nights fee for an extra 3 hrs I didn’t want to never had this problem before but my daughter needed rest and sleep between games… the hotel needs updating for sure.

Summary: Check in was through bullet proof window. Did not provide confidence on safety. Check out at 8:30 the front desk did not respond to multiple rings. Housekeeper told me to leave key card in office. Bed was great. Bathroom was tiny and oddly shaped.
