Positive: The apartment is greatly located in the furthest part of the peninsula and surrounded with supermarket, coffee shop and restaurants. Especially the walking bridge leading to the beach is very impressive and a good material for beautiful pictures for the photography fans

Negative: The apartment is nicely furnished but if you want to enjoy a perfect vacation, don’t forget to bring along some bathroom stuffs like shampoo and bath gel. We received them just 2 days after our arrival. Besides, the kitchenwares are very modest. No seasoning, Only one small knife, one waste bag, one clothes washing tab and no dishes washing tabs for a three night stay is really a challenge for the guys who loves cooking and lazy to dine out in the winter days. We had a nice experience of a saltless meals on the first late dinner as we forgot to bring salt :)

Positive: Very very spacious, clean, well equipped and very good location. Private parking was very useful.

Negative: We were missing a regular garbage bin in the kitchen (there were recycling bins) and maybe an area rug to make it a bit cosier, but it's just small details.

Summary: Perfect refuge for the event we were visiting, spacious and well located.

Negative: The cleanliness of the apartment. When we arrived, the floor was presenting brown spots (they vanished by scrubbing with our shoes), and the door to the balcony was full of hand marks all over it. We asked at the reception for cleaning but they did not pass the info to the cleaning staff. But the cleaning lady was very nice and clean, as I mentioned.
